Assessment of vaccine requirements for international travel
Make home visits to homebound clients to monitor their health status and provide needed health care services including medication set-ups, foot care, dressing changes, lab test collections, etc.
Kansas Farmworker Program - The Kansas Statewide Farmworker Health Program provides primary and preventative health care services to migrant and seasonal farmworkers throughout the state of Kansas.
